Uniform

-Students should wear sports uniform and white sports shoes to school every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

-Students should wear proper school uniform and black leather shoes to school every Tuesday and Thursday.

Student ID Card

To ensure the safety of our students, the parent picking up children must be at least 12 years of age and must present the student’s ID card for identification, or else the parent must present a valid identification and sign the sign-out sheet. If the student is to be picked up by a non-family member, parents should notify us in advance.

School absence

Parents should report the absence to the child’s class teacher by phone or in writing.

-Classes will continue. -Parents can decide whether or not to pick up their children early from school.

*Points to note:

1.Parents should pay attention to the announcements about school suspension or resumption made by the Observatory via the radio or television between 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. so that they can make necessary arrangements.
2.Parents could exercise their discretion in deciding whether or not to send their children to school depending on the actual circumstances even if the Education Bureau does not make announcements on class suspension. 

Infectious Diseases

Students should seek medical advice or stay home when they are sick or have an infectious disease. They shouldn’t go back to school until they are fully recovered to prevent the spreading of germs or viruses among other children.

Handbook

-The student handbook is distributed to students every Friday or before a holiday.
-Parents should fill in the student’s information and attach a photo of the child to the handbook for verification.
-When receiving the handbook, parents should take time to read it carefully and sign it afterwards.
